Accessiblity Class Break Down
Internal Regulation: This class can be done regardless of your physical condition. IR begins with a grounding practice observing your environment or if you choose anchoring into the body.
Movement Regulation: This class encompasses sitting in a chair, standing and body weight shifting. The wall and chair are there for support. MR involves intentional nervous system energizing. You can set your own pace and prioritize the grounding work we start class with.
BodyMind Conditioning: Depending on your approach this class can be the most physically challenging. This class includes strengthening practice. Students can easily choose to make this class physically challenging or prioritize healing posture and movement mechanics. *This is our most mentally grounding material.

BodyMind Builder
The BodyMind Builders Collective
This is the beating heart of our movement school: a space built to practice queer resilience and collective agency. Designed by Freedom Foster-Grady—a trans, disabled teacher who knows that surviving this world requires tangible skills—we operate on a Functional First philosophy.
We don't just exercise; we learn Autonomy Tools (A.T.s). These are the most relevant, highly functional physical practices from our [weekly syllabus / link here] designed to help you build a better-resourced more physically autonomous life.
The Builder's Workshop:
The BodyMind Autonomy Manual: Your weekly living textbook. Every new chapter provides step-by-step instructions for the specific Autonomy Tools we are focusing on that week. You get exclusive access to the rigorous clinical research behind each A.T., giving you a holistic understanding of the practice. Because the Manual is the class translated into text, you can practice entirely at home when your battery is low.
BodyMind Conditioning: Full access to our twice-weekly, 75-minute physical classes. This is the primary space where we actively learn and practice our physical conditioning A.T.s together. BodyMind Conditioning classes are our only classes that are not live-streamed. Instead, each class is a closed container with capped attendance, ensuring a high quality learning environment.
Tools for the Real World: Our queer community needs Autonomy Tools we can use anywhere we go. When we practice self-resourcing and build our own agency, that stability ripples throughout our community—and you are highly encouraged to share these tools with the people you love!
Engage exactly to your capacity: read the chapter, take the class, or both. Our greatest success is when you have integrated these A.T.s so well that you don't actually need to come to class anymore—though we're really hoping you'll want to stay around just for the joy of building together.
*Financial capacity fluctuates, just like physical capacity. We offer a robust Scholarship Program for this membership with negotiable pricing and energy exchanges.

The Autonomy 10 Pack
The Autonomy 10-Pack (10 Classes)
True autonomy means choosing exactly when and how you engage. If monthly auto-renewing subscription is a stressor you don't have the bandwidth for, the Autonomy 10-Pack is built for you.
What You Are Accessing: This pack gives you 10 passes to our flagship BodyMind Conditioning classes. These twice weekly 75-minute, trauma-informed sessions are where we physically practice the Autonomy Tools (A.T.s) from our weekly syllabus. We practice the movements of daily life—like getting off a low couch, reaching the top shelf, and carrying groceries.
The Boundary: To protect the safety of our community container and respect our own administrative capacity, we do not offer single-class drop-ins. Access to our BodyMind Conditioning classes is strictly reserved for BodyMind Builders (monthly members) and Autonomy 10-Pack holders.
For $150, you get 10 classes to use exactly when your battery allows. No recurring charges, no expiration anxiety—just a safe, low-demand container to build your resilience on your own timeline.
